Every day, more and more companies, from very different sectors, are joining an efficient, fast, economical and non-polluting process to eliminate grease, oil, machining chips, residual flux from printed circuit boards, etc.
Ultrasonic cleaning consists of transforming electrical energy into mechanical energy, using piezoelectric transducers, in such a way that waves are produced within a liquid (ultra-waves), of high frequency (20-45 kHz). These ultrasounds produce small microbubbles, which implode, producing the phenomenon of "cavitation", which causes a microbrushing effect to occur on a molecular scale. The surface to be treated is not damaged at all and it is possible to reach areas that are difficult to access. All this automatically and without outside intervention, saving time and labor.
